Chef Notes


A note from Chef Rob:

In an effort to be more ecofriendly, the club now uses a biodegradable straw made from corn. Many of our paper products come from recycled materials. Our used fry oil is picked up by a RI company and is turned into bio fuel for fishing boats in RI, CT, and MA.

My food vendors all use products from local farms when available from CT, MA, and NY. We use vendors who have insurance against products that might not meet our quality standards.

Snack Bar
will open Memorial Day Weekend for the summer season.
Hours are weekends only until week of June 17th.
Summer hours are seven days a week through Labor Day
Lunch 11:00 to 2:30
Snacks / Drinks 2:30 to 4:00
When placing orders please have member number & name ready for staff
